Refund policy

Every Lovingly Alive film is a digital product made individually for you from your own photos. Work on your film begins immediately after payment. All sales are final – orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. You confirm this at checkout, and your order confirmation email tells you that work has started.

If you are located in the EU/EEA or the UK, you expressly agree at checkout that we begin creating your film immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Free scene redo: If the film does not resemble your loved one or a scene does not match your order, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will redo the affected scene free of charge.

Orders we cannot complete: If a photo turns out to be unusable or an order breaks our Terms (for example sexual content, celebrities or unlawful content) and we cannot deliver it, we will refund your payment in full.
