1 · Your photos
5–10 photos from different times – for example a child growing up (baby, first day of school, teenager, wedding) or your love story (how you met, the first date, the wedding, the first baby). Upload them in order: each becomes its own chapter.
For the best possible film, please make sure your photo:
- is a JPG or PNG file, at least 500 px on the short side (a scan of 1000 px or more is ideal)
- shows the face clearly and large enough – crop the photo if the person is small
- is sharp, not blurry or shaken
- photographing a printed photo? Lay it flat, use daylight, no flash, no glare, and fill the screen with the photo
- has no filters, stickers or heavy edits
We check every photo automatically when you upload it. If it isn't good enough for a beautiful result, we'll tell you why – so you can try a better one.

For your own idea we need a short description and a reference picture (e.g. the place, the outfit or a scene you like). We review every own idea before we start.

The more you tell us about the person, the scene and the background, the closer your film will be to what you imagine. For example:

5 · Confirm
Your long film (~2–3 minutes) is delivered by email within 3 days. Your photos are only used for your film and deleted after delivery – unless you tick “Share the love”, then we keep only the before & after for social media.
